In addition to the MLS which is part of any normal listing, I have invested in the very best and most popular internet search engines where potential buyers can view your home. After all, 86% of home buyers today start their search for a new home on the internet from the get-go!
I have also invested in the Internet Broadcasting Company, Inc. This company provides sixty-five links from some of the more popular TV and radio websites from cities all around the country, so that families that are considering relocating to this area can view your property from their own local web page of choice. All they have to do is to select the "real estate" button within those sites and perform a simple home search.
Please take note...if you don't have multiple photos of your home, both inside and outside, prospective buyers will not even look at your home. They will click right by!
After your home is listed, request from your agent on-line access so that you can view your listing for pictures, room sizes, description and remarks. After all, you are a team...and three heads are better than two and better than one... |
