There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.  Here are a few comments from previous clients about how I performed.

  "...I was working with another agent who wasn't doing much for us and I was very upset as I was running out of time to find a property. I first spoke with Gary on a Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I had numerous listings to view AND he got my pre-qual bumped up to a pre-approval. By Thursday evening (a mere two days later) we found our house.
